The ndricks Software plugin for ChatGPT is quite simple. While chatting, mention any NBA, NFL, NHL, or MLB team, and instead of the usual "My data is only current up until September 2021" message, it'll call my API and then give you an answer based on the information in there.

For example, you could say:

• "What's going on with the Golden State Warriors?"
• or "How are the Orioles doing?"
• or even "How are Boston teams doing?"

This last one will try to retrieve data for all the Boston teams, which seems to not work consistently compared to asking about specific teams. That said, as you can see, you don't need the full name each time. So, for example, instead of "Golden State Warriors," I could easily have used "warriors", "golden state", or "Bay Area NBA team", and it would've worked!

Other sports will follow over time, and the plugin is just a taste of the power of the ndricks Software API. While not a free product, for those looking for any data advantage available, sports sentiment data extracted similarly to ChatGPT and more will be available soon at ndricks.com.‍
